Es ist das abartigste was ich jemals als Hotel gesehen habe . Schade das ich keine Bilder hochladen kann. Ich habe 120 € pro Nacht bezahlt weil nichts mehr frei war in harrarov was schon der dreifache Preis als üblich ist . Ich bin Abend 20 Uhr angekommen unfreundlich das Personal so begann der Alptraum . Dann das Zimmer nicht vorbereitet nicht bezogen der Müll der Gäste davor alles kaputt und beschädigt die Matratzen vesüft ekelhaft unfassbar . Die Rezeption damit konfrontiert mit Bilder die ich gemacht habe unfassbar hat mich dann mittlerweile war es Abend 21 Uhr raus geschmissen ich habe die Polizei gerufen . Ich stand mit meinem 12 jährigem Sohn Abend 21 Uhr auf der Straße und ganz harrarov ausgebucht . 22 Uhr habe ich völlig bedient die Rückreise ohne mein Geld zurückbekommen zu haben die 300 km Heimreise angetreten . Der Urlaub mit meinem Sohn war damit beendet . Ich kann hier keine Bilder hochladen , werde sie aber probieren ins netzt zu laden man kann nur jeden vor diesem Hotel zu warnen . Im nachgang habe ich mir leider erst die Bewertungen angeschaut sie sagen alles . Ich werde das Hotel auf Schadenersatz verklagen und mir mein Geld wohl einklagen müssen . Hardy Britze

Gute Lage, schlechte Verständigung da gar kein Deutsch und Englisch nicht so gut. Zimmer Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Abwechslungsreiches essen. Ausreichend Parkplätze.

Sehr entteuschend, wir wurden in ein schlechteres Hotel untergebracht! Ohne einen Ausgleich zu bekommen! Das Hotel Anna, in dem wir untergebracht wurden, ist im Vergleich sehr bescheiden und hat keinen Spa Bereich! Obwohl das Personal echt SUPER war, und sich wirklich mühe gegeben haben! Gruß Manuela und Thorsten

Der Ausblick war toll und der Ort ist toll.aber im Hotel war zu wenig Personal und es hatte keinen Deutschkentnisse. Das Frühstück Buffet war oft unaufgefüllt und man kahm nicht hinter mit dem dreckigen Geschirr. Das Weihnachtsessen im Hotel war zu teuer, dafür das es nur eine Suppe und Kartoffelsalat mit Wurst gab und wir 2 Stunden darauf warten mussten.Das nächste mal gehen wir ins Restaurant. Die Zimmer waren sauber aber etwas abgewohnt.die Massage war toll und der Spabereich super.Leider war der Außenbereich nicht richtig vom Schnee beräumt wurden und wir hatten uns mehrmals fest gefahren mit dem Auto.Aus dem Hotel könnte man mehr machen um alles etwas angenehmer zu machen.

Ok für den Herrenurlaub

Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen....für einen Herrenskiurlaub io.Dicht beim Lift. Spa klein ,Sauna ist ein Dampfbad und etwas zu kalt .Essen ist gut.Sprache nur Tschechisch oder gebrochen Englisch.

Abgewohntes Hotel

Die Möbel in den Zimmern sind abgewohnt, das Essen war sehr einfach und beim Abendessen immer kalt. Ausserdem fehlte es dem Personal an Freundlichkeit. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.
