We were in town for a family wedding and the location was very convenient to the wedding venue. Property was clean and staff members were polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. Property is under renovation so didn’t look quite as good as it will but nothing that interfered in any way with our stay. No drink or snack machines and limited options at the front desk for that.
I wish I spent the money elsewhere. Service was horrible, why does it take an hour to get towels? Also when did refreshing rooms was to just put new towels out. Nothing was done. Renovation needed more work. No reason for the door not to close, things falling apart just look like they didn't try. No one tried. The only good thing was breakfast and that's it!
This property was exceptionally clean. Staff were friendly, courteous and made you feel welcome. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Definitely will stay there again and recommend to others.

Paid for 2 doubles 15 minutes before we arrived. Arriving at the hotel the service provider (Gilbert) proceeded to advise me that they don’t have two doubles and that it’s not his problem. I advised him and showed him that we had a contract for two doubles - he proceeded to clarify that this was an orbits problem. I asked him if his system shows two doubles - he confirmed. I asked him what he could do to help me and all he offered was one king and a pull out couch. He then proceeded to lecture me that my attitude wasn’t good and I apologized. He continued to lecture me when he was in the wrong and he wasn’t doing anything help me improve his offer. Terrible customer service and an individual that needs training in customer solution finding.
The front desk clerk who greeted us was very friendly. Check in was smooth. The breakfast was good and included a variety of food from plain yogurt to waffles, boiled eggs and oatmeal. I would definitely stay again.

Staff should be more welcoming and explain amenities available. Breakfast: burnt blueberry pancakes, coffee not ready, lack of fruit options Hotel room: seemed average and not necessarily the cleanest. Best part was that the rooms were quiet and you couldn’t hear the other guests walking by the rooms.

This is the first Hyatt that I found not have clean room, bathroom toilet not working well. The person at front desk at the day of my checking not having good customer service , i requested a coffee maker and after 3 requests they gave me one that was not working,
