The suite is a 2nd floor, large one bedroom apartment above a law firm. The living quarters is accessed via a private 1st floor entrance, with Smart entry. The entrance hallway is ideal for storing bikes, golf clubs or muddy shoes. A wide staircase leads to the 2nd floor living space and the living room/dining room. The living room has a queen size sleeper-sofa. The living/dining room is highlighted by 10' ceilings and 3 large windows facing the front of the building and a large stained glass window. Separating the living room and bedroom is a large, fully equipped kitchen with new appliances. The bedroom is also accentuated with 10' ceilings and 2 large windows. To the rear of the bedroom is the bathroom, laundry and large walk-in closet.

This property was just perfect for our long weekend stay. We were able to walk around Hanover and explore easily. The owners are thoughtful with some snacks, k cups and drinks in the fridge. The road is a little busy and noisy with larger vehicle traffic on a work day but a nice neighborhood. Thank you again for such a pleasant experience.

Sam's apartment works perfectly for my sister and I. This was our third time. It's convenient to Gettysburg and other places to visit. There are good restaurants not far away, walking or driving. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Everything about our stay was great! The price and location were perfect for our needs. The suite was spacious and extremely clean. It is exactly as pictured on the listing. This was a great location for us. Easy to check in and everything was clean. Plenty of parking so you didn’t have to worry about not having a spot. If you forgot anything they had it there incase. There were some snacks and drinks there if we wanted them. You could walk to some shops and restaurants. Will stay here again.

Sam Gates is a great host. Always enjoy our talks. The apartment is clean, well equipped and has everything you need for a short or extended stay, and is close to the town square.
