I had a wonderful stay at Splendid Secret Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the Old Quarter, very close to everything but still quiet at night. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Ding Dong is always smiling and ready to assist with anything I needed. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with both local and Western options. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. I would definitely recommend Splendid Secret Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi!

This hotel offered 5 star service from the beginning til end. Super convenient location which was great and the breakfast served was delicious. Shortly after booking I got a WhatsApp message from mister Ding who works at Splendid if there was anything else that they could help me with. I think this was a nice touch, and it also made it easier for me to contact the hotel if I needed something. Arriving late we were greeted by the staff. Shown to our room and ready for bed. There was a little issue with the room, but the staff handled it very well and we moved to another room the next day. I appreciate how professional and well they took care of us. The room was amazing. Booked the suite and it was very very comfortable. Breakfast is served on the 11th floor with a morning view of Hanoi. Breakfast is pretty good. You get a variety of western and Vietnamese food. A good start on the day. Here is also the pool. Didn’t have time to use it, but looks like an OK place to hang out if you want that … On the top floor there is a rooftop bar. Good drinks and good views in the evening. A nice place to wind down after a busy Hanoi day.. We wanted to have a day trip to Ha Long Bay and the hotel staff arranged it in minutes. We were very pleased with the tour. So their recommendation was spot on 🙂 This was a very nice stay, the staff, the hotel, all made our stay in Hanoi a well worth time. I will happily be back to Splendid Premium Hotel. Looking forward to my next stay Hẹn gặp lại lần sau
