I had stayed at this hotel for 2 nights from 21-23 April 17. I have room on the back side of the hotel. It is so quiet. There are two building joining together, one building with 2 lifts and the other without lift. The breakfast restaurant is on ground floor. The food was good but not many choices. It is buffet breakfast. The staffs are friendly and helpful. They know how to make you pleased. This hotel is located centrally with few minutes walk to the Hoan Kiem Lake and Dong Xuan market

Nice staff, eager to please and make you confortable. The hotel is two separate buildings, but joined together, that is why one has elevator and the other doesn't. There was flood on the first night, due to the rain, so we didn't have breakfast, because there was no breakfast roon available. Rooms are big and confortable, and quiet enough, if you dont stay in the front ones.

No lift, restaurant is dirty, bad staff and low service. Just suitable for location and maybe good price. Rate to rent a motorbike here is 120.000 VNĐ, I don't think it's a good price. Just some thinking from my own

The hotel is very quite centrally located near the old quarter. Convenient to move around. Hotel is clean and friendly except the breakfast menu is very limited. We join a tour(group of 5 of us) which is prearrange before we leaves. Food was provided by the tour company so we didn't get to taste others local food which we thought is a waste of opportunities. We managed to visit most places of interests around Hanoi. The cruise Golden Bay was not good, the junk is very old and very run down. If any one which to travel to Halong Bay, do check out the cruise details before booking.

Is it a 5 stars hotel? No but I didn't pay the price of a 5 stars. For what I paid, the hotel was greatly located in the old hanoi. The rooms we're fine and the staff was great. I used the airport pick-up to and from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for budget travellers.

Stayed 2 nights, lovely place with comfy bed, and very nice staff, special thanks to Tina who went out of her way to help when fed ex couldn't find me to deliver a package. Thank you to all of you for a great stay

My girlfriend and I stayed in the Hotel in October 2016 . We started our roundtrip in Hanoi and the Indochina Queen Hotel II was the first hotel of our trip. The hotel is situated perfectly in the old town and is a good place to get in touch with the crazy atmosphere of Hanoi with all the motorbikes, manufactur of different things directly on the sidewalk and all the markets and different food. The employees of the hotel were amazing, super friendly and helpful. As we came back to Hanoi from a 2-day-tour to the Halong Bay,we stayed in the Hotel only for a few hours. Despite the fact that we had booked no room, we were allowed to take a shower, the employees showed us a nice little restaurant for vegetarians and organized us also the trainticket for the nighttrain. Especially impressive was that the employees paid us a taxi to the train station and one of the employees followed the taxi to the train station in order to show us our correct train and the right compartment. All of that they did without our asking and because they want to be sure that we get safely the right train Definetely top of friendlyness and we can defintely recommend to stay in this Hotel

This hotel is located in the French Quarter and from here you can easily visit all the highlights of Hanoi .The room is clean and spatious and provides all amenities you would expect . Breakfast is well organized and very tastefull , choice between asian or european breakfast . Staff is very friendly and helpfull , any problem will be solved . Book your trip to Ha Long Bay or Sapa or .... here . Mina takes the time to give advice , organize excursions , so that your holiday will be unforgettable .

The hotel doesn't have working wifi and it's hard to find but the worst thing is how they run this hotel. I'm just traveling like and other backpacker and decided to stay at this hotel for 3 nights. We left our clothes for laundry and they gave it to someone else. I can understand that everyone makes mistakes and we are all human but the way that this hotel handeld the situation was horrible!!! They told us we wouldn't get any compensation and we had to pay full price for the stay...oooorrrr the poor guy who worked that shift would have to pay us back from out of his own pocket. He came to us saying "I'm a student and if I do this I get no salary for a few months" who's gonna take money from him??? The manager talked to us very rudely and said he didn't care and it wasn't on him or the hotel and that it's only that boys responsibility to fix it. But with what money? So now I have no clothes and 3 pairs of underwear left. So I lost my stuff and have to pay for new stuff.
