Frankly the hotel is too old. It does not live up to 5 star standards at all. Our rooms smelled moldy and acs almost did not work

nice lobby, and nice lounge service but breakfast restaurant is something bad like local restaurant even though here is hilton hotel.

Mr Tan at the front office was very professional. generally the hotel is very good, good food, friendly staff, good ambience and perfect location for visiting the sight seeing places.

We had to spend one night in transit. The room was not big enough, but very adequate all amenities up to a 5-star standards. If you need Internet access make sure you sign up for a Internet package. Many 5-star hotel charge internet access separately. This Hilton is no exception. They do offer free wifi at the lobby. What we like the most in the neighborhood. We were able to walk to the Old Quarter and enjoy Hanoi before we checked out.

It's a great hotel, a bit pricey in Vietnam, but you get to stay in high royalty. Location is nice, next to opera house and close by the lake and luxury shopping center, and not vary from old quarters. but all restaurants near the hotel can be expensive, over 1,00,000 Viet dollars and the restaurants inside too, very pricey but it's OK to splurge a little..

I use a motorbike when I come to hanoi every two months. The attendents in the parking area were very difficult during my last stay.

This hotel is in a very good location and is very well equipped with food and entertainment

this was a welcome hotel stay after a series of subpar 3 star hotels that were noisy and dirty. I recommend this hotel to anyone who can afford it.

I upgraded to Executive..very nice...great happy hour and breakfast, also free WiFi with upgrade Excellant service and friendly staff. I was here on business but did find time to see a few sights. Would love to stay here all the time I'm in Vietnam; however, too pricey for my perdiem.

The location is great. It is a beautiful hotel! Didn't have much time to spend there as I was on a business trip, though.

Location was good and view of the Opera house was nice.
