Excellent personal attention

During my stay, Tony and his wife had been so accommodating to all my needs. The hotel is worth the price.I also booked a tour to Halong bay and a trekking trip to Sapa through the Tony, which is highly recommended. I surely will go back.

Disappointing

Was poor considering other reviews. When I arrived at midnight the shutter was down which is a scary thing to see on a dark side road. Is supposedly a 24 hour reception, never really recovered from this, room was tiny, shower ridiculously small, breakfast ok at least staff were nice and good location.

Cozy little hotel next to the old gate

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, you could choose how you like your eggs cooked and there was fresh fruit and rice and noodles every morning. I even booked a day tour and my bus trip through the manager and it was great! I used the wifi to work without many issues. However, my room did not have the kettle that was advertised and the water was not free.

Price conscious travellers.

Hotel is close to bus 86 stop . Convenient for airport transfers. Surrounding is quite dirty and dark at night . Internet keeps dropping out . Breakfast is good though . Room amenities are not up to standard .

Friendly staff, exceptional service!

I would give this place 20 stars if I could. Tony (manager) and the rest of the staff are exceptional employees, and beyond that just wonderful human beings. They care as much about your experience as they do their busineas. I didn’t want to leave Hanoi, in part because I was treated so well there. I will stay there again if I go back to Hanoi and would recommend the same for any other travelers.

ハノイの良いロケーション

値段の割に安く、2時からチェックインのところ、12:30にはチェックインさせてもらえました。ロケーションも良く、旧市街まですぐです。スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで、チェックアウト時に私がピックアップバスを待っていたら、時間通り来なかったので電話で確認してくれました。 ちなみに、Hanoi Daisy Hotelという名前ではありますが、最近改装したらしくCamel Hotelに名前が変わっていました。

새벽1시 호텔앞에 도착하자마자 멘붕..호텔간판은 꺼져있고 철문은 닫혀있고 전화해도 안받고 철문두드리니 문열어줘서 체크인하니 방번호 666번을주네요 방에갔더니 방문도 잘 안닫히고 침구류는 눅눅하고 그래도 피곤해서 일단취침 아침7시 시끄러운 공사장소리에 강제기상 조식먹기위해 방문열고 나가자 공구리가루가 복도를 가득 매우고있고 식당갔더니 조식준비 안되어있고 시멘트봉투가 복도를 막고있고.. 여기까지 꾹 참고 볼일보기위해 밖으로나감 점심먹고 잠시 휴식을위해 방으로 돌아와 씼는데 갑자기 물이 안나옴 ㅡㅡ 저녘5시까지 호텔공사 소음에 쉬지도 못하고 도저히 안되겠다 싶어 결국 호텔 옮김..

いろいろと今ひとつ

旧市街の複雑な路地にあるホテル。名前こそ"ホテル"だがホステルの方が近い。 深夜便で到着時、ホテルにお願いしていた送迎の方は問題なく良かった。 ホテルに到着するとシャッター半開きでフロントらしき人が寝ている。 送迎の運転手が起こしたものの、もたもたして30分近く外で待たされてようやくチェックイン。 安かったので部屋の狭さや古さは覚悟していたが、シャワーからお湯が出ないとは思わなかった。 暑いハノイでも水シャワーは厳しかった… 周辺は路上販売の人々であふれているので日中の散策は面白いかもしれない。

ロケーションの良い宿

初めてのベトナム旅行の最初の宿でした。 値段も安く、朝食付き。朝食は、卵料理等はオーダー形式。 ベトナムは物価も安く、バインミーも100円、150円で購入することも可能ですが、ベトナムコーヒーやオレンジジュースといった飲み物の値段も合わせて考えると、朝食付きがお得かなと思います。 ドンスアン市場、ロンビエンバスターミナルからも近く、ホテル前をオートバイがビュンビュン走ることなく、アクセス、ロケーションも良いと思います。 ロンビエンバスターミナルからは、86番の公共バスで175円程度で空港まで行けます。 ベトナムの地方に旅行に出るなら、シンツーリストのオフィスも宿のすぐ裏側にあるので、そう言う点でも便利です。 お風呂は、シャワーのみ、バスタブなしでした。サンダルは、ありました。海外に行くには、スリッパがいるんだった、危なかったー、となりました。ヨーロッパと違い、歯ブラシはありました。寝巻きはないので、着るものは必要です。 12月のハノイの昼間は、半袖で大丈夫でした。

Dejligt hotel med god service og gode senge

Super god service, og meget imødekommende personale! De vil gerne hjælpe så meget som muligt, hvilket er super dejligt! Værelserne var rigtig pæne, og god i stand med gode senge. Det eneste minus er at der er en lille gåtur ned til søen, men det er slet ikke et problem at komme derned :) Jeg vil helt sikkert anbefale at bo der!! :)

Amabilité et efficacité sans reproches de la part du personnel. Chambre avec balcon propre et lumineuse et vue sur les toits, petite mais satisfaisante pour un isolé ou un couple. Petit-déjeuner en buffet et à la demande. A proximité de 2 des plus grandes companies de bus.
