Whenever we are in Hanoi to visit the mountainous Northeast, the Halong Bay or Ninh Binh we chose this hotel - over the years about ten times. The location is absolutely fantastic - directly in the Old Quarter - surrounded by good restaurants and pubs. The breakfast buffet is rich and varied and there are additional included options which are freshly made on demand. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professionell. The rooms are clean thanks to the nice and always smiling room service lady. There are three room options and if you are not travelling on a tight budget, we suggest to take the Deluxe Rooms; they offer more space and a large window with a balcony.
Phuong, Marco, Hoan, Phuc, Kevin and all the staff from the Hanoi 3B Hotel made our experience amazing! This hotel is centrally located in the Old Quarter. The rooms are clean and quaint, with rose petals on our bed every evening. Breakfast is included and very good. Incredible value and a prime location with staff that go out of their way to ensure happiness and comfort.
Very nice hotel , they have Travel desk which will be very helpful for you, neat and clean, heart of old Quarter you can go by walk Ta Hien Beer corner , stuff very friendly, good breakfast, in one word I like this hotel very much.
We highly recommend Hanoi 3B Hotel for travellers who would want the best place to stay when in Hanoi. It is right in the heart of the Old Quarter where everything is within walking distance...food stalls, restos, shopping areas, coffee shops...etc. Plus staff are very helpful and nice. If you are looking for value for money and practical place to be at, I would say Hanoi 3B Hotel is the best place for you. We would definitely come back! :) Bing (Manila, Philippines)
Although the room was snug, it met our needs as a good central base for our stay in Hanoi. Great location, right in the middle of things. Staff were great and very helpful and attentive. All spoke really good English and were willing to help out on any occasion. Two thing stopped the property from getting 5 stars: Firstly, the room was next to the lift and their was a small window that opened onto the stairs that wound around the lift. Consequently, it was quite noisy at times, especially as the stairwell was open all the way from the top to the bottom. Secondly, the bathroom was a bit dated. The shower was fine, but it was over a bathtub that was awkwardly positioned and we had to be very careful about climbing in and out of the tub for the shower as there was a danger we could slip. However, given the price, it was a more than adequate place to stay.
We traveled through Vietnam and arriver to Hanoi at 6 am. The staff were sleeping but they woke up and met us, welcomed with coffee and were very friendly. The room was tiny (no place to bags) but clean and had a bath! Nice interior, good bad. Every day we got new tea and coffee bags, room was regularly cleared. The breakfast was quite well (vegetables, eggs or pancakes, juices, coffee, cakes, noodles). The hotel is located near the Old Quater in the heart of the city though in the quite street. This make perfect location. It was a little bit noisy in the rooms but we slept well. The guys on reception are the best! Very polite and helpful, always smiling and communicative, good English. Thank you so much!
We had pleasant stay in Hanoi 3B Hotel during our trip on March 2018. Thanks alot for staffs because: 1) Helped us to buy tickets Water Puppet Show before we arrived to avoid sold out. 2) Helped us to arrange return sleeping bus to Sapa. When we stuck in the traffic during otw to catch the bus, the staff helped me to call & requested bus company to wait for us. Luckily we managed to get into the bus although late for 25 minutes. 3) My friend would like to try baby duck but we failed to find on the street. The staff offered to buy & cook for us. They taught my friend how to eat baby duck. Such a good experience for us because 1st time saw & eat baby duck. 4) The staff helped us to order street foods when saw us in the same stall near by the hotel. He worked in China before & speak fluent in Mandarin. Besides that, the hotel in good location. It is walking distance from bus stop from airport, restaurants, night market Hanoi& Hoen Kian Lake. Right opposite hotel, there is a mart which we can alw drop by to buy the drinks. We will choose Hanoi 3B Hotel again if we go Hanoi in the future.
A lively street which is a walking street in the evenings at week ends, with entertainment. Good restaurants close by. A short walk from a scenic lake. A very good breakfast. Good Wi-Fi. All the staff very friendly and helpful. A lift, very useful as there are six floors. TVs worked. Tours can be arranged and taxis ordered.
We have stayed here 4 times during our travelling in Vietnam. The best thing is very welcoming and very nice staff. Especially Nancy has helped us a lot with orginizing our flight to Danang. But all others were also very nice! Good breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms.Quiet at night. And very good location just in the center in walkable distance everywhere where we wanted to go. I would definetelly stay again.
Clean hotel, pleasent people. We slept there for 2 nights and booked a cruise to halong bay. They were very serviceable and happy to help, and when we came back they heard our comments and were glad to help for the next trip... We recommend them extremely!!! ;)
