The location was excellent, and the room and breakfast were both good. Unfortunately, the customer service offered by the daytime staff during my four-night stay was highly disappointing. Aside from the night front-desk, interactions with the daytime front-desk employees often felt as though the guests were an inconvenience, met with rudeness and no genuine acknowledgements. Management should either hire individuals with the right attributes and care for the job, or train them in customer service. Management setting a positive example might help, also. Thank you

Attempted to use the pool that is a very big thing for me as I have arthritis. It was so cold the entire time I couldn't even use it and enjoy it. Food was not good. It looked to me like this was a fairly new property. Good in just about every respect with two caveats. First, our room had the sliding barn door for the bathroom and closet was very difficult to move. Second, the room refrigerator was very noisy. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

The room number 126 , chair smelled like underarm odor and dog and the microwave was dirty inside and out smelled like food. I told the front desk about microwave I was told it would be cleaned , the bed was made garbage taken out microwave still was not cleaned
