Nice house.

The property was as described. Clean and well equipped. Nice quiet neighborhood close to many of the things we had planed to do. We had a coup!e minor issues, but nothing that would keep us from renting again. Everyone we dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

Cute house, exactly as listed :)

Very cute house. Clean. Exactly as listed. Pretty close to all the things to do and places to eat in Hampton. Took about 40 minutes to get to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg from here. Would stay again.

Beach Vacation

The home was nice and as advertised. My family and I enjoyed our time there. The only problem we had was that the one bathroom (toilet) in the house didn't work properly, which is not good for a family of 5. I loved that there was a park/playground arcross the street for the children to play. The neighbors were nice and shared advice for child friendly activities. Although we didn't get to spend much time on the beach because of the rainy cold weather, the proximity of the beach to the house was good.

This house was perfect. It's just as nice as the pictures make it seem. AC units keep the house cool, lots of space, & very clean. The full size double bunkbeds were perfect. Communications was spot on, we were able to check in early :) Would definitely book again if we are in the area!

This house is a nicely renovated home in a quiet, older neighborhood. The house is across the street from a beautiful park. Washer and dryer are available as well as a newly renovated kitchen. Comfortably cooled by window units.

Quiet neighborhood

The neighborhood was perfect for families and the property manager was a pleasure to communicate with. There is a little playground right across the street for kids and a decent sized field as well.
