The house is situated on a quiet street in a wooded area, 5 minutes walking distance from the Peconic Bay and its beautiful beach, but also only a 10 minutes drive from the ocean. Huge heated pool, pool house, outdoor shower and 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms including a lower level suite with bathroom and private terrace, huge open living room/dining room and kitchen, laundry... everything you need for a great vacation.

Great family house - warm and peaceful

Nadia's house is very warm and welcoming - perfectly clean on arrival, and very well appointed. The outdoor terrace is great for family breakfasts and dinners, and the pool is outstanding. The environment is really quiet, and relaxing. Nadia has always been available before and during the stay for all questions and requests. Highly recommended.
