The room was very nice. Spacious and all the amenities I could want. The ONLY down factor were the marks on the carpet in the hall - which would not deter me from staying again should the need arise

I enjoyed my stay at the Quest on Ward. The room was perfect for me. Location was what I hoped for. 6min walk from bus terminal and 5min walk to Sky City where our moko got married. I would definitely book again

Excellent location

We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. The location is right in the centre of Hamilton city with many shops and restaurants surrounding. The apartment is spacious, clean and got all the equipment even a washer. However the bed is a not very comfy, and there's only 1 mirror in the bathroom, no hook to hang clothes in the bathroom, but there's a heated rack for bath towels which is really nice in winter. Overall is quite good. Booked for car parking in advance
