The hotel seems very new. Everything was nice and clean, the room was excellent. I wish there had been a complimentary breakfast. As an FYI, the pool is quite small. It was great for just my child and I but if even 2 more families had come in it would’ve been awkward. Not a lap pool if you are someone who likes to do that.

We stayed due to a wedding event taking place in Ancaster. Perhaps for business guests the rooms would be fine, however, for us not only did each of the three rooms booked have toilet issues (running water due to an intermittant flap problem), there was not adequate space in the extremely tiny closet to hang our garments but the lighting in the room overall was not bright enough and the bathroom lighting for makeup application was poor. However, for business use, if the closet and lighting are taken out of the equation the room was fine. You do need a larger and much taller sign at the entrance to your parking lot.

We went there long, but while we were there, everything was cleaned, new and the main lobby was fun where there was a lot of other people watching the Blue Jays game and we enjoyed ourselves. Only issue would be the limited G&B offerings very expensive.
