Leider entspricht die Unterkunft bei weitem nicht der Beschreibung auf der Website. "Modern eingerichtet" war zumindest unser Zimmer vor 20 Jahren! Im Bad waren mehrere Bodenfliesen lose, sodass man sich barfuß daran verletzen konnte, im Duschbereich waren überall verschimmelte Silikonfugen, auf dem Lüfterdeckel waren extreme Staubablagerungen, da war schon längere Zeit nicht mehr geputzt worden. Als wir ankamen, lief die Toilettenspülung permanent, haben dies durch ein paar Handgriffe selbst in Ordnung gebracht. Personal war über die Zeit in der wir dort waren ja nie auffindbar und hinterhertelefonieren wollte ich nicht. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war auch an mehreren Stellen verschmutzt. Im Flur fehlten an mehreren Lampen die Abdeckung und die Flurtüren im Treppenhaus, die eigentlich über die Brandmeldeanlage geschlossen werden sollten, waren verkeilt! Frühstück war auch nicht bestellbar, obwohl dies ebenfalls auf der Website angeboten wurde ! Mittlerweile wurde dies auf der Website korrigiert, was uns aber nichts nützte. Das "gutbürgerliche Wirtshaus" war dann leider eine indische Küche, was man auch im Rest des "Hotels" wahrnehmen konnte. Fazit: Keine Ahnung, wo die Kundenrezessionen auf der Website herkommen, dem aktuellen Stand entsprechen sie nicht! Wir waren nur 2 Nächte in diesem "Hotel", das hat auch gereicht.

Unzumutbar jemanden so ein Zimmer anzubieten geschweige zu vermieten. Wir hatten ein Familien Zimmer gebucht, Doppelbett und Einzelbett hieß es in der Buchung, erwartet haben uns zwei Einzellbetten und eine Pritsche. Beim Betten zusammen schieben kam Müll, verschimmeltes Obst und anderer Dreck zum Vorschein. Das Bad war hygienisch eine Katastrophe, Fäkalien am Klo , Schimmelpilze an der Duschkabine und so gut wie jede Fuge war mit schwarzen Schimmelpilze befallen. Boden Fliesen waren größtenteils gelöst oder kaputt und Waschlappen lagen auch noch vom vorigen Gast in der Dusche. Bin zur Rezeption, die eigentlich zu dem Zeitpunkt besetzt sein sollte war geschlossen und erst nach etlichen Versuchen das Hotel telefonisch zu erreichen wurde ich mit dem Satz abgespeist, die Reinigungskraft ist auf dem Weg und klären Sie es mit ihr. Bevor ich antworten konnte wurde aufgelegt und danach konnte ich keinen mehr erreichen. Es wurde nur einmal unter den Betten gesaugt und das wars, für alles andere wäre Sie nicht zuständig . Habe denn putz Utensilien gekauft um zumindest einmal aufs Klo gehen oder nach der Anreise duschen zu können, da musste ich feststellen das es auch kein warm Wasser gibt. Es gibt keinen Garten oder Picknick Möglichkeiten wie beschrieben, nur 5 Parkplätze vor der Tür, die sogenannte Bibliothek ist ein schmales Bücherregal, von den vorhandenen 6 Stühlen waren 4 von kaputt sowie einer der Tische auf der Dachterrasse. Lug und Betrug was das Hotel da abzieht

Das eingestellte Profil auf allen Plattformen ist falsch. Es handelt sich hier um ein reines Online Hotel!!!! Es gibt weder ein Restaurant, noch eine Rezeption, noch Frühstück auf Wunsch oder gar vor Ort. Einzig das Bett wird tatsächlich täglich gemacht. Zimmer ist zwar sauber und neu gestrichen, Möblierung jedoch abgewohnt und für den Zimmerpreis absolut nicht angemessen. War vielleicht vor 20 Jahren mal neu. Fernseher ist kaum mehr als ein Laptop Bildschirm, absolut miese Tonqualität. 50cm vor den Zimmerfenstern parken Fahrzeuge. Morgens ab 6 jede Menge Lärm von Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft. Fenster öffnen nicht zu empfehlen - maximal kippen und den Rollladen bis zum Anschlag schließen. Sonst schauen die vor dem Haus spielenden Kids zum Fenster rein. Abends Betrieb im Flur bis in die Nacht (sicherlich ist das vor den Zimmern gelegene Indische Restaurant daran nicht unschuldig) - der im Profil gepriesene Schallschutz ist glatt gelogen. Die Flurtüre ist eine uralte undichte einfache Holztüre ohne Schalldämmung. Wenn man auf indisches Essen steht sind die Gerüche sicherlich angenehm. Muss man aber nicht jeden Abend haben. Für 67€ / Nacht erwarte ich kein Schloss, aber eine vernünftige Unterkunft, in der ich nachts auch einen erholsamen Schlaf finden kann. Diese Räumlichkeiten würde ich nicht einmal mehr Monteuren als Unterkunft empfehlen. Absolut unterste Schublade. Ich überlege ernsthaft eine Klage auf teilweise Rückerstattung der Kosten.

Als ich gegen 18:30 ankam war das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, die Rezeption geschlossen (die habe ich in zwei Tagen nicht einmal geöffnet erlebt, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit). Die angegebenen Servicetelefonnummern funktionierten tlw. nicht . Das Zimer wurde sofort gereinigt, aber ich wurde nicht - wie vorab gewünscht- informiert und warte über zwei Stunden um dann selber nachzuschauen ob es nicht bald fertig würde.Auf die Bitte eine Preisnachlass zu geben wurde mir gesagt, das ginge nicht, ich hätte schliesslich ein sehr günstiges Angebot bekommen. Andere Zimmer seien viel hochpreisiger , z.B. das Dorint Hotel. Von mir angemerkt: das Dorint hat eine sehr viel hochwertigere Austattung und Service. Das Zimmer im Meindorfer Parkhotel wirkt auf mich, als sei seit den späten 80-er Jahren nichts an der Einrichtung geändert worden.

Es war sauber, das war aber das einzig Positive. Für 93€ pro Nacht mit einer Ausstattung aus den 80er Jahren. Es gibt nicht mal einen Föhn! Sehr enttäuschend. Die dunklen Vorhänge können nicht zugezogen werden, sodass man bereits um 5 Uhr aufwacht dank der Helligkeit. Die Räume sind sehr hellhörig, Gespräche an der Rezeption hört man im Zimmer Wort für Wort. Alles in allem wären 30€ pro Nacht angemessen gewesen, nicht mehr. Falls jemand ein Angebot für unter 50€ sieht: okay, andernfalls: Finger weg.

Das Hotel ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Wir hatten auch ein ruhiges Zimmer bekommen, die Ausstattung ist einfach. Bei Ankunft war niemand da, telefonisch bekamen wir einen Code für eine Schlüsselbox mitgeteilt, das hat gut geklappt. Verkehrstechnisch ist das Hotel gut gelegen, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich genau vor der Tür mit Anbindung an U-Bahn bzw Regionalbahn. Für Hamburg ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, werden wir sicher wieder buchen.
