Had a problem with them calling me sir for the first part of the stay. They eventually apologized and made up with a bit of a credit on my bill. Otherwise.. attendants and bell boys were very friendly and helpful. Liked the hotel overall but not really well designed for women. Not enough mirrors and lighting is just average. Room was very clean and in good shape.

And the house car driver All amazing Wasn’t able to use the amenities as it was just over night stay but am definitely going back for a weekend stay! Absolutely spotless, outstanding service from every single staff member no matter what their position, subtle scents throughout, excellent view of the harbour and square, fabulous breakfasts, gorgeous decor. The only disappointment was the room rate changing from what was shared initially. Top notch property and staff.
