What a little peace of heaven! Enjoy the bay water views, friendly staff and atmosphere made us feel right at home. Enjoyed the area nice beach down the road close to ammenities. Great location to explore Peggy's Cove, Mohone Bay and the settlement of Lunenburg! We only stayed 2 nights and wished we had planned another in our itinerary! Oh my husband loved the shower! We stayed in upper suite with balcony.

We stayed at the Dauphinee Inn in August. We were assigned the Dorey room. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our evening dinner was delicious and well priced. The Inn is old but that only added to it's charm. The room was very clean and the bathroom spotless. The scenery alone was well worth the stay. We look forward to returning to this amazing Inn.

Had a lovely stay here. The restaurant below has very friendly staff. There’s a beach nearby and the view from the veranda is amazing. Handy place to stop off when traveling to or from Halifax. Would recommend.

I really enjoy the Taco Tuesdays experience at the Dauphinee Inn and Friday evenings with FOG playing all the great dance tunes. And the outside area is amazing, best waterfront view for miles. Love the place.

We enjoyed our stay in a very clean, quaint little inn. Lovely setting overlooking a harbour. Pretty in the fall with the changing leaf colours. The staff was very pleasant but we were disappointed that the inn restaurant had already closed in mid Sept. and this was not mentioned in any of the advertising or booking sites. Needed to drive another 30 minutes to find restaurants and so by the time we returned to the inn it was too dark to enjoy the balcony and beautiful setting. Also, with no breakfast being served we left first thing the next morning.

I had the great pleasure of staying here with a friend in July. It was from there awesome private deck I took my favorite trip photo. It is now framed and featured on the wall in my living room. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to eat at the restaurant. We will definitely rectify that if we are able to return. Great history, very nice accommodations and great antique furnishings.

My husband and I had only just arrived when we came across the Daupinee Inn while familiarizing ourselves with pur new surroundings. We had a balcony table overlooking the bay and it was absolutely breathtaking. Sarah was there to greet us and was very attentative, knowledgeable of the local establishments and the beers .... and very helpful. I chose the classic burger, which was delicious and my husband had the chicken burger, which was succulent and tender. It was more than enough for the average appetite. A nice start to our time in NS. Thank you Sarah.

We stayed two nights at this inn. The room was very clean and nicely appropriated. The room was made up before our second evening and felt very comfortable. DeAnn was very helpful and pleasant. The view off the deck overlooks the harbor and is very nice. No breakfast is available but a mom and pop café is nearby. Within a 2 minute walk of the Shore Club which was visited by Mariah Carey and Prince Charles and Diana. Great dinner of lobster with an unlimited salad bar and mussels. Restaurant is on main level but we didn't take the opportunity to eat there. Bar and meals available on lower level and frequent bands if you want to dance. A nice place and I would return if in the area.

We stayed for two nights and had a great experience. A good location for day trips . Peggy's Cove, Mahone Bay and several other scenic destinations are close . The girl who works there was very helpful and gave us several helpful travel tips . Scenic view of the harbour, a restaurant on site, partial kitchen as well . Our only complaint was the room was a little small the bed quite hard . They were so accommodating though , we asked for a small end table and it was there when we got back later . Highly recommend this place .

We stay here for one night June 9th. It was early in the season so the Inn was not that busy and the restaurant was not open yet. We stayed in the Conrad room which had a queen bed and an ensuite. The room was not large but was clean and adequate. We found the bathroom was a bit small with the shower a little difficult to use. Also, the sink is outside of the bathroom in the bedroom. It was functional and good for a one night stay but not sure about longer. The history of the Inn and building architecture were interesting. The Inn is right on the bay in a quiet tranquil setting. A highlight of our stay was the outstanding view of the bay from the main shared balcony and backyard.
