Front desk worker was absolutely phenomenal! Outside the parking was a bit dirty but to be expected when the snow just melted.

Great stay again but the parking lot and sidewalks around the building were pure ice and it was hard to get around without falling. No salt or sand was put down. Room was a new updated room but the wall behind the bed had marks all over it and we did notice that it wasn’t cleaned the best.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming! The hotel was well located for the things we wanted to do. The beds were very comfortable, also. We will definitely stay here again.

The room we were in had some broken fixtures and a few cobwebs but not a big deal. Every other time we’ve stayed here it was clean and the rooms were in good condition. Staff here are fantastic. Always friendly, always welcoming, and always ready to help where needed.

Had a nice quiet stay with our kids. Staff was so friendly. Only complaint is that there was too much chlorine used in the pool it would burn upur eyes just sitting by the pool side. So we didn't do as much swimming as we thought.
