Customer service! There was the smallest of issues with my original room, within two min of me messaging I had messages back and a phone call to fix everything. I have never had that level of care in a hotel stay! Rooms are lovely and comfortable. They are not like an ordinary hotel room in the very best way, they all have character. Will stay here again.

The room was quite nice and the bed comfortable. Be aware that the fridge is a wine fridge and not particularly cold so you won't be able to store milk very long for your morning coffee. The hotel is in an interesting neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, pubs, and shops. Overnight parking was easy, a little more challenging during the day. Will stay here again
