This is a beautifully renovated unit located in dead city center! Walk to all amenities: Scotia Bank Center (concerts, sports ) , the Park lane mall, Luckett’s grocery, many great spring garden restaurants, the public library, VG and IWK hospital, Dalhousie University and more ! The place showcases 5 brand new stainless steel appliances, an electric fireplace, a smart TV, plus an in unit washer & dryer. The place is equipped with everything you’ll need for your stay in the city. This is a self contained one bedroom with all the comforts of home. There are large picture windows at both ends of the unit so there is lots of natural light comes through. The sofa does fold into a bed if required. No shared spaces. This unit is located on the main floor of a 5 unit building. It’s sound proofed and a very quiet location! I teach full time and my husband is a contracter (and season 1 baker on CBC’s Great Canadian Baking show). We are available 24-7 to answer any questions you may have. Entry is via lock box which you can access at any convenient time. A block from Spring Garden Road, this ideal downtown location is perfect for those who want to be a stone’s throw from all amenities such as the Scotia Bank Center , the convention center , Argyle Street, Lower Water Street, Pier 21, Park Lane Mall, cinema, coffee shops, VG/IWK hospital, Universities (Dal, Saint Marys, Kings),Pete’s Frootique Grocery, great restaurants, the bar district, Public Library, NSLC, Cannibas store..... This is a very safe residential area. Free parking for one vehicle is located at the rear of the building. Please let us know if you require parking! The bus stop is a block away. You can also download one of our many taxi Apps. If you’re arriving by train, walk to your unit (only 15 minutes!) Brenton Street is located in the heart of downtown Halifax city and this building is considered a heritage building. This is an extremely quiet area and building. Absolutely no partying will be tolerated.
