Overall it is a great house, aged but in seeming good repair, except the shower

Overall it is a great house, aged but in seeming good repair, except the shower. Most showers in Japan have a fan to help take moisture out of the shower room so they do not mold. This house doesn't have one and has mold in the shower room. It is the only complaint.
