Ok ryokan but is old and run down

It’s a old ryokan passed it prime time. It’s basically not bad, but is old and run down. Maybe the Covid period made it worse as the condition of the ryokan deteriorated further without upgrades. Service is good. Far away from city center but there’s shuttle bus.

函館市のホテルの値上がりがひどい中、さして値上げもせず、場所も電停からさほど遠くなく、駐車場も狭くなく、バイキングの品数も十分でした。湯の川は加水温泉が多い中、源泉掛け流しが一つあったのもよかったです。
