Overall, the place was nice. We were more disappointed in the little things- the kitchen supplies were bleak…not even salt and pepper for seasoning food. We have a large family, and the choices for pots/pans were sparse. Minimal towels were provided without having to wash (1 loads worth of detergent provided). The bar area was nice. We were disappointed in the fact that the pool table was not regulation size, as we have kids ranging from 22 down to 4 and the olders would have enjoyed a good pool game with one another. The location of the house is very nice! Close to the ocean, close to the pool. The house provided plenty of beach chairs, as well as toys. I would also recommend adding some board games/cards for families to be able to enjoy on their stay.

We had problems starting on day one with this property. The first night we were at this property the we noticed that the air conditioning couldn’t cool down the house. We called the next morning and they came out and changed the air filter, this fixed the problem but this should be a scheduled service that the property manager takes care of, don’t wait for a paying guest to remind you that this needs to be done. The very next morning the toilets in the home stopped working! Luckily we were gone half the day. The property manager was notified and was told that we would be gone for a while. When we returned later that day the toilets were still down and no one had been to the property to address the situation. Another call was made to the property manager where we tried to troubleshoot the septic/grinder system over the phone. This is ridiculous! We are on vacation and not there to fix a problem that they were notified about. The plumber finally arrived around 430pm. He had to change out the grinder pump. This was finished about 930pm. Meanwhile none of the 10 people staying at this property could use the toilets or any water. We were told earlier in the day we could use the restrooms across the street at the community pool, fyi there are not any public restrooms at the community pool. The next morning we wake up to the same situation, toilets won’t flush! Another call is made to the property manager to let them know. We cut our vacation short due to the constant issues.

Great stay

Our recent 4th of July stay at this property was great! The house was the perfect size for our group (6 adults 6 kids). The walk to the beach was super easy and convenient. East access to pool and tennis courts as well. House had everything we needed! Would definitely stay here again

Great Stay!

Best place we have stayed in over the last 12 years in the Gulf Shores area. Convient to the beach and to the house our youngest daughter and her family rented. House set up was ideal since we had another daughter and her family with us. We had the back bedroom, they had the three front bedrooms.

Spring Break Getaway
