The water filter in the fridge needs to be changed. The ice makes anything you put it in taste bad. The TVs need updates, I haven’t stayed in a condo without a smart tv in at least 10 years. The master bathroom shower head is just hanging out of the wall. Also one full length mirror in the condo would be nice. Everything else about the condo itself and the location was great.I have an issue with communication with Liquid Life. I tried to switch to another condo due to leaning about elevator issues weeks before our trip (since we were in the 19th floor). The communication about that was terrible. I was told I could switch, then was told that was not an option due to other elevators working. Then by the time someone finally got back to me and said we could switch, the condo we wanted was no longer available. We would have been much happier on the 6th floor in the other condo with a working elevator. Please don’t tell people there are three elevators when one of them is under construction. The 3rd elevator is in the other building and that does not have anything to do with the building that has 20 floors. That is very misleading. There was one working elevator and everyone one I spoke to was upset about it. People were waiting 20 minutes to get on an elevator. Honesty about the situation is better than misleading people, that leads to people being very upset.
