We stayed at this property for 7 nights and all but 3 of our days were interrupted by Poole and Associates. Upon checking in we were almost immediately told that the unit we were staying in had sold and that the new owners requested to do a final walk thru during our stay. While this was an inconvenience we understand and we were compensated 20% for that day. The day after that walk thru we were told by one of the Fish Group maintenance staff that the unit above ours needed “some” work done on the balcony and we were told that it would cause somewhat of a mess on our balcony however we were ensured that it would all be cleaned up end of day. He stated the balcony above ours that needed repaired was that of the one of the HOA board members so that when he requested something be done it needed to be addressed. Again an inconvenience, but we were again understanding of the situation. When we came back from the beach that day we returned to a mess on the balcony consisting of nails and a hammer among the debris. We sent a message to Poole and Associates after we cleaned up the mess requesting the work be completed upon our departure. That text was ignored and work began again the next morning by 8-8:30 am. On day 3 of the project upon expressing our frustration we were told the manger would contact us, however that never happened. Booked this unit for the balcony and view, but our view consisted of workers and an unusable balcony. VERY DISSATISFIED!

Check in was great, unit was clean, WiFi was available through the whole stay. Had dish network and Roku available. We had a very pleasant experience. We’ve been staying at the Regatta for years, first time in this unit.

Beautiful Gulf view, so close to beach

Location was perfect! So close to beach. Everything was perfect, convenient to so many shops and places to eat. We ended up with cold weather but everything else was so perfect it didn’t matter. View was amazing and bony obstructed by huge high rise buildings.

Great location!!

Great location. The frying pans were awful. I went out and bought one to cook with. There were only two coffee mugs. There was only 5 forks and they were all crooked. The pillows were awful so bring your own.

4th of July stay

Very nice condo! The pullout couch could use an update. May want to take a blowup matress if plans are to use it. Great view of the gulf and loved the porch! Kitchen was awesome as were the bathrooms, all updated and user friendly! Probably more of a 3-4 person than a 6 that is advertised.

This place was exactly as described. It was just what we needed. Pet friendly. Nice pool. Easy access to the beach. Close enough to walk to many shops, restaurants and even a local dollar general. We all loved The Hangout.

All about money

We had a great time together as a family! Was not impressed with the Management. They said one thing and did another to start. My elderly mother left her jewelry bag and they charged her $50 to mail it to her home. The TV remotes took forever to work, the televisions were 24 or 32 inches. Other condos there had ceiling fans and tables on the patio, we did not. And a lot of the electric sockets did not work. Being on the beach made our stay a great one! Will not rent from this management again.
