Clean property with easy after hour access. Condo was very clean. However, oven was extremely slow to heat up (like 25minutes) Pool area was nice. Right on blvd with views of beach from balcony. Straight walk across blvd to beach but no crosswalk available.

Mis-representation of space

When it says it sleeps 6, they don’t mention that 2 are in the living room and when you have the bed pulled out you have zero room to even walk around in the living room so it’s really unusable. The bedding on the pull out was also full of nasty crumbs. Otherwise very clean. The bunk beds are in a hall, not a room. Just not what we expected for a family to have space to breathe. Let alone sit down. Also, a resident yelled at kids from her balcony for splashing in the pool (not splashing others, just splashing). Made us not feel welcome.

Beach oasis

Open concept made us all feel together. Rooms were clean and safe. We loved the beach decor! The only thing that was off would be the pool. The pool could have been cleaner.

Beautiful condo in a very convenient location. We walked everywhere with no problem! The pool and spa area was clean, and the condo itself was spotless. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property! In gorgeous and clean condition. Very comfortable. Pool area was nice and easy to access. We loved the foot washing station by the pool. We would jay walk and cross to the state park beach and almost be alone on that gorgeous beach. The amazing pier and biking paths in Gulf Beach Park were easy to access to the east- we could walk to use the free bikes or rent just 0.5 miles away. A mile stroll west on the beach to access several restaurants and souvenir shops. The unit is on the main busy street but is not noisy inside. We spent a fair amount of time on the balcony enjoying the dune view. Great location. We would stay here again if we ever come back.

The view was great and the condo is super cute but the people that clean after each guest can do a better job!. The master bedroom bedding was dirty as well as the baseboards, balcony floor and railing was gross.

Property was fantastic! Great view, very clean and easy to get to! Walking distance to food and entertainment. Only minor inconvenience was the pool was a little chilly, but the kids didn’t even notice!
