Be aware. Friday night check in went fine. 930pm started hearing what sounded like a fan hitting metal. Very annoying,couldn't sleep. Went to the office desk they sent up a maintenance person. He said the railings on the decks vibrate in the wind. There was nothing to be done. Messaged the host around 11pm. After 12 midnight the noise finally stopped. Fell asleep around 1am. 1030am the host said to contact front desk they would be able to move me so i could sleep.sorry for the inconvenience. The front office never offered me another room just said nothing could be done. Saturday afternoon we went out walking. On our return the elevators were not working. Stopped by the office to tell them and they said they knew. When the winds are up the elevators quit working. Now we have to walk 10 flights of stairs. As for the room it was very nice and clean,great view of the beach from the balcony.Nice furniture through out. Big screen tv fully functioning kitchen. 1 1/2 baths. Good water pressure and plenty of lighting. It was a good stay except for the no sleep and elevator issue. Saturday night we didn't here the noise the winds came from a different direction??? .

This room was perfect for our long weekend. The room was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. Nice big TV in the living area. The facility was good. Easy beach access. It is located within walking distance of a variety of restaurants. We ate at Bahama Bob’s, which is right next door. The food was great and there was a lot of it! We will be returning soon!

Unit was cute and view was awesome. The cleaning service could do a better job. There were crumbs on the stove and floors need a deep clean. Carpet in bedroom had a mildew smell. One of our clean towels also smelled of mildew. Multiple outlets in the unit did not work.

First off I would like to say thank you for letting us check in a little early, since we arrived earlier than expected. Now on to the condition of the unit, when we got in the unit the first thing we noticed was that the unit smelled stale or like it had previously been smoked in, the property says it is a smoke free property even on the balcony, which was the draw for us to the property. Next there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher, we ran the dishwasher and put up the dishes, no big deal. Next was the horrible condition of the shower head, see photo, covered in what appears to be black mold/slime, second photo is the cleaner head by just running and rag with Irish Spring soap over it. The toilets have a black ring in them at the waterline. The air conditioner filter looks like it hasn’t been changed in quite a while, which could be part of the unit smelling stale. I understand this is a business and the faster you can turn the unit over and get the next people in the more the company benefits. Our overall stay was great. Staff was friendly and professional. Location was amazing Just the few issues with the cleanliness of the property. Not sure if the housekeeping crew needs a little motivation or if the person in charge of inspection after housekeeping gets done is not doing a thorough enough job but this really needs to be looked into. I regret to say we will probably not be using a Brett/Robinson property again.
