Family- Friendly Home On The Bon Secour River

This completely furnished home features a spacious living room, dining room, sun room, office/game table area, updated kitchen, utility room, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The kitchen has new appliances and granite countertops. The master bath is 'handicap friendly' and features a walk-in shower. The three bedrooms will sleep six persons (one queen bed and four twin beds). There is also a queen size sleeper sofa. Internet access (WiFi) and cable television are included. There is a handicap ramp from the attached carport to the kitchen area. There is a front screened porch from which you can see the beautiful Bon Secour River. Guests will have access to a private fishing pier and a nearby public boat launch. We do not have a boat ramp on our property. There is ample parking in the side yard for multiple cars, a boat and a trailer. This property is within 15 minutes of both Foley, Alabama, and Gulf Shores, Alabama. This property is limited to 8 overnight guests, including children.

The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a patio. There's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and a private yard. Limited housekeeping is available.
