The entire front porch is covered and perfect for you to sit and enjoy the cool breeze with your favorite beverage of choice. A Happy Crab home was recently updated and boasts tons of wonderful upgrades. This home is located 2nd tier, just across a small beach access road, only 450 feet from the water's edge. The large, open floorplan is perfect for the entire family to gather. Enjoy over 1650 square feet featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Rents Saturday to Saturday during Main Seasons unless calendar is already broken up or requested time is approved by homeowner.

Couples trip

There were 3 couples and plenty of room Nice views for not being beach front. It was about half a block walk down to the beach access. But not bad walk Plenty of parking and chairs on front porch to watch and hear the ocean property was clean and everything worked in the house. Only complaint was the plastic mattress covers and hard mattress’s. But over all very good experience

Fall Break

We loved the house that we stayed in. There were minor things from wear and tear on a house so close to the beach. Inside of house was lovely and perfect for a family group our size. Reed Rentals came immediately and fixed our issue with our TVs. Loved the privacy and beauty of Fort Morgan but wish there was at least an affordable grocery store there. Had to drive far for even a DG. Overall wonderful vacation and beautiful home.
