Honestamente el staff nos trató excelente, no tengo quejas. Pero en realidad, el hotel es anticuado, la habitación no se sentía limpia, tiene poca iluminación, solo tiene un pequeño espejo en el baño (en el que apenas puedes verte), el hotel necesita ser restaurado, pues tiene terminaciones rotas o agrietadas. La habitación tuvo agua caliente y aire acondicionado, pero las sábanas y los cubre almohadas olian como si no se hubieran lavado. Los mattress son un poco duros (aunque para mi, eso no es un issue). Pagué $110 USD por 1 noche y encuentro que es costoso para las condiciones del hotel y para lo que ofrece. No volvería a reservar en el hotel, habiendo mejores opciones en precios similares. Eso sí, su localización es céntrica.

Large, clean rooms

Nice clean hotel with large, clean rooms and hot water. Near the airport, decent amenities including fridge in the room, air con, TV and large bathroom. Slightly dated and faded condition, pillows a little flat but otherwise comfortable. Towel policy is very strict however, my wife spilt a spot of makeup on the hand towel and they charged her $15 for it. The face flannel had a lot of makeup so the $5 charge for that was reasonable, but $15 for the hand towel seemed excessive.

Excellent location, property is decorated antique style as it's name suggests. The breakfast is very good. There are no elevators some rooms only have a small 11X14 mirror in the bathroom. Staff is very accommodating if you ask for more toiletries, towels and water. We stayed here twice on our visit, it's only 15 min away from the airport. Water in shower is not hot...it's warm. There's a pub and coffee shop right next door. Also great eateries nearby all within walking distance. We felt safe walking at night. There's also some clubbing within walking distance.

Loved how vintage looking the Inn is. Our Room was the 3 bed suite, beds were comfortable nice AC. Some amenities that would be nice to have is closet, windows, coffee maker ... although there is breakfast served make sure your reservation includes it, mine didn't, I just had them add it which cost us Q45 per person which is a lil under $6.Location is great! Staff is very friendly, and place was very clean.

The room had no hot water. The staff did nothing about it. When we asked for late checkout we were asked to pay. We requested it at least as a compensation and were rejected flat out. The facility needs a serious upgrade. I would recommend to stay away. Would have had better service and hot water at a 2 star motel.
