We loved our stay here. Staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was superb. The room was lovely. The only thing that disappointed us was the outdoor pool was closed for our entire stay (not sure why), which was the actual reason we booked this hotel.

AC was too cold initially

The air conditioner was too strong the first day and night no matter how we adjusted it, and the room was too cold because of that. Guest service provided a space heater, which helped a little bit. Then the AC became more comfortable during the rest of the stay.

Amazing Hotel with excellent location

I was lucky to get the chance to stay at its early opening. Everything was excellent, the staff are doing their best, spa was not opened yet. But I loved my my stay. One more thing is, the high ceiling in the room is exoptional.
