The hotel is off the main drag but there's a trolley service nearby that goes to the shopping at the mall and tourists spots like lover's leap. There's lovely pool and sunset spot which I had to myself since it was off season. the room was large and nice albeit not brand new. There is a great massage place in the basement. You can ent a kayak out into the bay from the service next door. I rented a car through the reception and spent a wonderful day wandering around the island.

The hotel is nice. The rooms are comfortable. Great for families and single travelers. They have laundry machines which are nice for extended stays. Several pools which are very nice. The pool bar is a great place to socialize. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping spots.

My family stayed 3 nights from 8 Feb to 11 Feb. The hotel was located at the center of the city center and everything was so close. I love the view from the window and hotel itself was very clean and calm. Eggs& things is in front of the hotel and we loved the pancakes so much. Everything we had different pancakes. The dinner buffet was also very good. The food was so delicious and the atmosphere was also very good. I will stay this hotel again soon. I had a great rainbow view one of the morning. It was so amazing.

Guam does not appear to offer great value so, in that context, we found this hotel reasonable. The rooms were a bit tired but large and the balcony had a great sea view. It's right on the corner of Tumon beach which, although very developed, is also still a very beautiful beach. There are a decent number of eating choices within walking distance. The hotel is looking a bit old and tired and the inifinity pool was definitely a bit worse for wear! It is also jam packed with families late morning onwards so we didn't really use it. There were a few beds down on the beach but they are apparently still need paying for even if you are a guess unless you were staying in a particular room - this type of attempt to squeeze unforseen dollars out of guests drives me crazy. We tried the breakfast and it was so bad we didn't eat in the hotel again. This hotel is very busy and definitely tired, but it's a comfortable, solid enough choice in a good location.

Our room is very old and dirty. When we went to breakfast this morning the food was cold, leftover, growing bacteria. It was so disgusting we had to walk out. We are looking for another hotel to move to now.

The hotel was old... the floor, bedding, basically everything in the room. The room was also pretty dusty. The hotel staff are kind and helpful. We liked the big water tank in the room and the swimming pool had a nice view. The hotel is in a great location with lots of designer stores, shops, and restaurants. The breakfast was okay. We ate lunch one day with the breakfast coupon. If you think it is expensive, there are many breakfast restaurants in the area.

I was here on a business trip and my travel arranger chose the Guam Reef. It's not bad, I imagine it was pretty impressive when it opened in the 70s. Check-in was cordial. Parking is free. I was on the seventh floor overlooking part of the bay and the Westin Hotel. Lighting in the parking lot at night was almost non-existent. The Main Restaurant serves a dinner-for-breakfast buffet that is ample. You have to remember, this hotel caters to Japanese, Chinese and southeast Asian visitors. The Japanese restaurant, WAON was my favorite. The hotel is in the midst of "tinsel town," the concentration of high-end shopping venues. At night, the place is crawling with pedestrians who jay-walk and really don't watch out for cars. Every time I approached the hotel on GPS, it sent me down the alley adjacent to the hotel where you end up at a local bar. Study the photograph on the hotel's landing page and get to know what business signs to look for as cues that you are near the entrance. ONE MAJOR PROBLEM: The bathroom floor is a full 3-inches (7.6 cm) above the room's floor. See photo. I tripped on it countless times. A person using a wheelchair would not be able to get into the bathroom.

Room was so old and air conditioner was broken. Defenitely not worth to stay here with these price. Two good thing is beatiful scenery from the ocean view room and infinity swimming pool(too many people use it though). Recommend to stay at outrigger or dusit hotel cause of cleaness and location.

The hotel was recently renovated. We stayed in the twelfth floor. The view of Tumon Beach was awesome! Room was nice, could have gotten a high review if sliding doors to balcony were not hard to open and close. AND an additional pillow would have been great. Only one pillow per bed provided. We had breakfast right after a nice morning walk on the beach at the Main Restuarant. The menu is buffet style. Nice view of the pool and beach. All on all a nice experienced.

Stayed one night here. Breakfast was a disappointment to say the least. 22usd for some scrambled egg. Variety very low on drinks and cereals/muesli. Infinity pool was nice and view over beach as well.
