It was my first time in Zacatecas and I absolutely loved my stay! It was only one night, but I truly enjoyed it. I highly recommend this hotel — the staff are super friendly and the service is top-notch. The valet parking was very fast, check-in was fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was very helpful and courteous. The room was clean and well furnished. The reason for the 3 stars was the paper thin walls and lack of insulation. We were on the lower floor and could hear EVERY sound throughout the adjacent Starbucks and the streets nearby. “Noisy room” would be an understatement. Maybe better luck if you get an upper floor.
