Great Hotel, I was in doubt when I did the reservation, but I took the risk to try this hotel based on the images and comments and my experience was just GREAT! This hotel is very clean and nice location. rooms are very nice and clean, I was told that the hotel was remodeled and I can tell because it looked very nice. Hotel close to the main Ave. (Lazaro Cárdenas) and I the restaurant was average. we ate chilaquiles verdes and an omelet, food was good of course that we paid extra for these. but overall it was a great experience. We are so happy that we are staying again in this Hotel next month for the whole week. I hope this review helps you when choosing your next hotel. Thank you.

This hotel provided me everything I needed for my short stay in the city. Very well located to the local ExpoCenter.

The handicap rooms are quite uncomfortable, contrary to the bathroom. There needs to be more space to move and turn with the wheelchair.

good hotel , the staff people is very friendly , rooms are very clean , check in and check out is good , the location is good

The Hotel is well located, close to the Plaza del Sol mall and in a safe area to walk. Wifi range was good in the walkway and lobby but very weak signal in the room. Room was clean and TV satellite with access to CNN and Fox News.

Business Trip. Hotel main entry floor uneven. Dangerous!!! People at the front desk could be a little more friendly.

I liked the hotel they have a good service food are good it is in a good location not to far from the down town i realy recommend it

Super clean great staff. Bed super comfortable and the price is awsome.

I have stayed in this hotel before but I had no idea that they had rooms with bath's in them. This was a pleasant surprise. They were also nice enough to let me check in early.

Everybody solo nice staff, and the hotel was so clean and very good location.

When we first arrived, my boyfriend and I [gay-couple], the staff was very attentive. We were doing a tour across Mexico and this was the last leg of our trip. We had just been on a bus for 8 hours and were relieved to get to the hotel and get a hot shower. The staff was quick to help us with our bags and the checkin went very smooth. We were staying a week in the hotel so we wanted something that was central with easy access to all parts of GDL, but we were tired of "roughing it" and wanted something with "vacation" amenities. Our first room didn't get very good wi-fi reception and when I discussed this with the staff, they quickly found us a room and moved our luggage the next day. The front desk always seemed to be on top of everything and even informed me that a large "younger" group was staying for the Expo and that if we had any discomfort or experienced any noise intolerance to let them know. Fortunately, we did not and everything went smoothly. We used the gym in the hotel almost daily - had the basic stuff. There was a full gym next to the hotel that offered a discount to hotel guests and even a free trainer session. Amazing five star restaurants - (must try Anita Li or I Latina) were within a 15min walk or a 2 min / $3 cab ride. We went downtown twice, enjoyed the local scene without having to stay there. If you go in October- must go to Octoberfest, great concerts, haunted house and fun outdoor carnival rides. Great hotel - out of the "downtown" hustle and bustle. Great price, Great service. Very centrally located. With rooftop pool and small gym.

the hotel staff was freinldy helpful and fast the let me stay 1hr after checkout without charging me also they were great

Hotel had a great location ... Friendly staff and very clean .... Need some update but for the price is ok ..

We found a little problems in communication orbis-hotel since we agreed a package included breakfast and the hotel charged "not included" also we found odd that we did not have more than 2 towels por room having a room for 4. In many ways there were many restrictions in how use the facilities in the hotel that nearly we felt incarcerated. We do not want to go back to this hotel.

the bellboys didnt help load luggage, the room service was good but they came to early to clean the room

very good resturant and freindly and prize mis ref

Good location with easy access and nice polite staff. The lobby was nice and the rooms were clean but missing some basic things. Like no room safe or refrigerator. The maid service did not replenish the basic amenities like soap or shampoo wither. Other than than the noisy neighbors (no fault of the hotel) it a good place to stay.

Great room service, pretty good deal for the money I paid for, well located, very big room but I think they should include a little fridge, and the carpet in the room wasn't very clean.

OVER ALL IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I FELT ROOM SERVICE WAS A BIT EXPENSIVE BUT I DELT WITH IT.

Hotel was well situated in the city of Guadalajara and also in a good area of the city. My relatives were able to pick me up from their homes or work in 10 minutes or 20 minutes, depending what part of the day (due to traffic) they came. I liked the ambience of the Hotel, modern yet not stuffy. I was with my wife and also my two daughters(4&6)and did not feel out of place. Although I didn't get a chance to use it, the Hotel has a very nice swimming pool and exercise area at the very top. A very nice Hotel to stay in. When I come back to Guadaljara, I will definitely stay here again.
