the rooms are dirty and noisy I will never come back. There were to many flies in the breakfast room. The check in was late. It's not what it looks like in the photos

Very good experience because its located at guadalajara centro everything near so,, muchhhh funn i recommend perla central .breakfast was delicious and people very careful and respectful..

I moved from The Tapatio looking to be close to the Historic Center. It permited to save time in the morning and taxi charges.

The hotel decoration is really cool, but if you're trying to sleep this isn't the right place, it is next to a crowded bus station. Engines, horns and construction workers swearing is all you can hear and the rooms aren't sound proof. The valet parking takes way too long to bring your car, and if the only spot for drop off is taken, you can wait for a long time in a crowded street in an area where you feel unsafe even in broad light. The street smells like pee and droppings too.

Some of the rooms are directly above busy bus stations so can be very noisy. Our room also didn't have wifi. Although the location is good

My gold chain got stolen by one of the person that clean the rooms.

The hotel is nice and staff was friendly, however was stolen $ 200 usd from my bag which was in my room and the manager did nothing and said to me we ask to guests do not leave values in room! It's definitely not secure place to stay!!!!

Really bad location so the area is not very well located

Hotel staff attention towards meeting customer's requirements is noteworthy.

Excellent value, hotel was very clean, location of hotel not very good specially at night, doesn't feel that safe. Perfect if you aren't planning to leave your room. Room service was not that great, food was a little cold when it arrived to our room plus we had to wait even longer because they forgot the tortillas so we only ordered once. And the price of the food wasn't that good compared to the condition we received it in. Best of the hotel was the staffs service, the buffet breakfast, and the room itself. Overall, I would stay again if I was not planning on leaving the room.

I got married in downtown Guadalajara and needed a place to stay that was close enough to the action but not TOO close. I have stayed at Perla Central before and it is my "go to" hotel when I stay in Guadalajara. The modern feel of the décor is easy on the eyes. Daily free buffet for guests is awesome and a mega plus. The polite and helpful staff made my stay thoroughly enjoyable.

Great hotel and great staff. Part of the hotel is under construction but the hotel kept the noise and mess to a minimum. Our rooms were cleaned everyday without fail and I absolutely loved the modern look of the hotel. Great location...walking distance to all the action and the best part is the free brunch every morning. I will definitely be staying here every visit to Guadalajara.

no hot water in the evening or the morning and I could not connect to wifi I got a voucher for free breakfast which ran from 7am till noon but at 10 am there was basically nothing left Don't stay here if you are planning to sleep after 8 as they are still working on the place and I was woken up by builders This is the second time I have stayed here an now i will not be gong back. The first time I stayed the wifi was very very slow and for my job internet is extremely important so that is why I would not stay here again oh and the maid came to check in which is nice but she knocked on the door i asked who it was (in Spanish ) she said the maid and 2 seconds later was using a key to get in. What if i had been taking a shower or just did not want her to come in??!?!!?

When I visited this hotel, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor were in construction. Elevator broke all the time. But rooms are so clean, new and very comfortable. Good location also. At the front desk, they are offering group tours, but DO NOT attend. I made a reservation and left a deposit but tour people never came to pick me up and never got my deposit back. Also I ended up taking a private taxi tour (recommended by bell boy of this hotel) as well, but DO NOT do it. I got ripped off my the cab driver.

This place is great.I spent 3 weeks here recently. I got in after midnight and asked for a larger room and recieved it no questions asked. The staff is freindly and professional. They try very hard to make you happy. The chef even cooked me a free shrimp dinner the night before I left. The hotel is close to all of the things you want to see and do downtown. The breakfast buffet is free every morning. The cooks are very good and though the menu is small the food is delicious. I went to puerto vallarta for a few days and the hotel staff made all the arrangements. I dont know how it could have been better. They did their best to meet all my requests and needs and they did it pleasantly, with a smile. I would go back in a minute

The hotel and the people aré Great, the location its 2 blocks away from the Center but on a ugly steet

Everything was great, from the moment I arrived they helped with everything that I could possibly need, including tourist information, a computer so you can look for stuff yourself, the rooms are recently renovated so they are clean with new furnishing! I recommend this place if you want to be in the center of the City with many places to eat, Shop, and sight see without needing a car!

All the staff are extremly nice and gentle, The room comfort and the amenities are incredible, location look a bit scary and dangerous, but got to say nothing happened there while my staying there nor my car. I think. Still amaze about how helpful the staff were with me. Great job to all
