Hotel was very clean. Staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The place is clean and not too far(about 6 blocks) from the historic center of Guadalajara. Staff is helpful and overall good value hotel. Before you book be aware that the rooms are really small. We stayed 2 adults and a minor and that was pushing it. I don’t see 4 adults staying in these rooms. Also the corner where it’s located it’s not very clean or pleasant, graffiti everywhere and trash on the streets. Right at the bus stop where all the locals commute.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! The bed needs an upgrade its old

The room was fantastic great view of el centro.. the food was good .

Great deal! Centric to great site seing places at downtown Guadalajara

It was renovated fairly recently, so the room and bathroom are in good shape. Excellent shower and water pressure. I liked the modern feel of the room. The staff, especially Luis on the day shift, was amazingly helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was good, and plentiful. Downside: sort of a dicey neighborhood at the edge of the historic district. You probably don’t want to be walking around past 10 or 11 at night. If you want a prettier neighborhood, there are other choices. Overall: A good deal at the price point. You probably want to book a larger room or junior suite if you like more space.

It was a nightmare staying at this hotel. If you can sleep with noises inside and outside, then it is fine. The hotel is facing street on both sides. The city buses are non stop all day and night. Inside the hotel people talking loud, one can hear the rolling of the luggage on the floor. Staff is nice, rooms are clean. Be prepare for little to no sleep.

location???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Excelent, they treated me really nice, food is good.

Great location walking to historical centers. Free hot full breakfast with menu changes.

Pros: This hotel is located in the heart of downtown Guadalajara, so any excursion or sight seeing adventure you would like to embark on is nearby. The hotel is nice, the staff is friendly and the daily continental breakfast was really good. Cons: if you’re traveling with more than one person, the room might a bit too small for you. Also, the shower doors were not built properly so you will experience water coming out of your shower onto the bathroom floor. Lastly, there’s only one elevator, so if it stops functioning (which it did while I was there) you will have to go use the stairs-which can be exhausting for an elderly or ill person. Other than that, you will experience a great time at this hotel.

Nice hotel with a good location even though there is a strip club right on the front, staff was really nice and helped a lot during my stay, the only thing I will change is that I will add more different options for the breakfast.

The hotel experience was great the only thing to consider is the noise outside; it dies down at around 11:30- 12am. Otherwise, great place to rest after a long day of site seeing.

Its a great hotel in Downtown Guadalajara super clean, more than 5 star

Great check-in and a personable and friendly staff. The included breakfast was fantastic with everything you might want.
