Our villa is a peaceful Mediterranean holiday house near the sea and various beaches, this home is ideal for your holiday in the South of France. You can enjoy the terrace, the pool and the garden. The private pool and air conditioning will be there to support the fight facing the oppressive heat of Gruissan.

Unique in its kind, Gruissan, wraps its medieval streets around the tower Barbarossa. The large marina of Gruissan with its 1,000 locations is one of the most beautiful of the Mediterranean coast. Restaurants and shops are not far from the property and within walking distance. There are many recreational activities available, both for nature lovers or for those who like to be entertained and have fun. New paths for mountain biking and hiking were created, and vegetation of the mountain of "Massif de la Clape" invite you to short trips. The beach and balnéoludique center is close to your home, and gives your stay pleasant holiday atmosphere.

Prima woning
Prima woning waar werkelijk alles aanwezig is wat je maar kan bedenken. De ligging is perfect evenals het zwembad in de tuin. Er is veel ruimte en voor mensen met kinderen of honden is het ideaal dat de tuin rondom is afgeschermd evenals de toegang tot het zwembad. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep goed en hij stelt alles in het werk om de vakantie geslaagd te maken. Er was een probleem met de kwaliteit van het water in het zwembad maar de eigenaar heeft het zeer snel opgelost en is vanaf dat moment elke dag komen testen of het voldeed aan de kwaliteitseisen. Wat ons betreft voor herhaling vatbaar.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einem fantastischen Ferienhaus
Wir verbrachten 3 fantastische Ferienwochen in diesem wundervollen Haus in dem es uns an nichts mangelte. Ein toller Pool, der zweimal die Woche vom Vermieter gesäubert wurde. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Traumhafter Urlaub in tollem Ferienhaus mit Pool
Wir haben mit unserer Familie (zwei Kinder - 4&7 Jahre) tolle zwei Wochen hier verbracht. Das Haus ist sehr schön mit genügend Platz. Schöne Zimmer, ein tolle Küche mit allem was man braucht und sogar einem Außengrill für gemütliches BBQ. Das Highlight ist natürlich der Pool. Diesen haben wir jeden Tag vor und nach dem Strandbesuch genossen. Auch der Ort Gruissan ist schön und abwechslungsreich. Schön hervorzuheben ist, dass direkt vom Haus aus fußläufig ein Supermarkt, der "kleine Strand", der Piraten-Park, ein Schwimmbad und auch der Hafen von Gruissan erreichbar ist. Alles in allem hatten wir tollen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
