The facility - room, elevators, lobby. and parking area were all excellent. The included breakfast was a bit sad. On the wall of the serving area there was a large sign, in red, suggesting we try your waffles. No waffles were available and there were very limited options. You might want to consider covering that wall until the Covid restrictions allow decent breakfasts to resume.

The room was very clean and sanitary! Woman at the front desk during checkout was very sweet and knowledgeable on what to do and where to go for food and drinks! would definitely go back:)

The staff was very kind and met all our needs during our stay.

I like the receptionist he was very nice and helpful

The only thing they need to do is make the shower curtains longer so the water stops getting all over the floor. If you don’t realize it’s hanging out it makes a mess. Everything else was great.

the only issue was some loud guests in the hallways at night, but that's not the hotel's fault! the staff was wonderful!

The staff were great, very friendly and helpful, but the mattress in my room was uncomfortable and the bed frame itself was noisy to most movements. Woke up with a stiff back after the first night, thinking stretching was a good idea for relief but it wasn't (and I'm in my 20's). Lastly, I was not informed of the pool being shutdown for those staying there, even though I called in advance to check up on my reservation. Given the weather lately the pool was a factor in my choosing the Hampton Inn. Mediocre at best for my experience.

The hotel was really nice, clean, quiet and had a great staff. The thing i didnt like (although temporary) was that the pool was being renovated and so we were left without a pool.

Nice hotel and staff. Breakfast acceptable. Rooms comfortable. Minor maintenance issue with bathroom/closet door. Shower ceiling starting to mold.

During a nor'easter this wonderful hotel brought in food all day so the guests didn't have to venture into the storm. Very caring staff. Couldn't ask for more

The hotel itself was beautiful, you could tell they just did renovations. The staff were pleasant and easy to communicate with. They were extremely helpful, especially when my boyfriend and I were looking for recommendations for restaurants in the area. The location was perfect and it was near everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy on/off from interstate. Short distance from casino. The staff was friendly and the room was clean!

Hotel is aging - most of the furniture has nicks and scars, the tub has a large chip, one of the desk lights has a broken switch, wires are visible in the bathroom light, elevator door groans when opening and closing, only one elevator working, but the room was clean and comfortable

The hotel staff was wonderful. We were immediately greeted and given a full explanation of the facilities and area. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Snacks and coffee were available all the time. The hotel was very close to the highway but not so close that it was a distraction.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. The location was perfect for visiting the town of Mystic and the seaport area, the casinos and a couple of wineries in the area. The front desk was very helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations.

I have been reading these reviews for two years and I really have a problem with people complaining about the hotel's decor needing to be updated. Really? That's all you can complain about? Maybe because we're not fancy people looking for a spa experience but rather a place to "crash" with our kids, we thought it was great! The indoor pool is a HUGE bonus for our kids because they can swim regardless of the weather conditions. The included breakfast is usually nothing more than cold cereal and mass-produced bagels at most hotels. Not here; you get hot food and many choices every day. You truly cannot beat that, especially if you are heading out to do activities. We have returned since this trip and we will return again.
