This elegant, detached villa in Tuscany with its large landscaped garden and the well-furnished terraces is located in the pine wood of Marina di Grosseto. The sea and the beaches, as well as the city center of Marina di Grosseto, are 300 meters away and can be reached quickly and easily by foot.
Free street parking is available in front of the house. Through the well-kept garden you reach the furnished terraces from which you enter the house directly. The living area extends to under the roof, very comfortable and cosy, furnished with a lot of taste, with sitting areas and art objects. Without transition one comes into a dining area with table, chairs and with access to another terrace furnished for outdoor dining. Behind the living room lies the fully equipped kitchen.
A wide, curved staircase leads to the first floor of the house, the night area. Here you find 3 bedrooms - each with double bed - and 3 bathrooms.
In the garden there is also a jacuzzi for the guests as well as an outdoor shower with warm water.
The villa is ideal for guests looking for a high end atmosphere and decoration to spend a relaxing holiday by the sea or exploring the sights of Tuscany.

Totally linked to the offer on line - maybe it will be important to notify the owner is staying in the basement of the house with a (big) dog. The owner is really discret and helpful and very nice. But still a fact to mention -
