Poor service, cheap liqure, low quality food
We booked the presidential suit in the Hideaway Resort for the Christmas and stayed in tge unit 3310. It is a 3 star service and food with a 5 star price, way overpriced and disappointing. We tried to make the best of it.
The staff response very slow and often simply ignore the request and won't provide it.
Only cheap liquor, no premium wine or whiskey (even to purchase to enjoy it). They don't even provide straw and expect you to drink the smoothies!
Our bathroom lights went out tonight out of four nights, and had to use my flash light.
No sheets or pillows for the sofa bed, it took several phone calls to get them at midnight!
At arrival, the receptionist didn't bother to stand up or even offer help to move our bags to the room!
The elevators are dirty, like has not been cleaned in years, way small, and no fan or ventilation, and definitely watch out for its door, it closes fast and hits you hard!
The shower valve hot/cold direction was wrong and burned us a couple of times!
Their hair dryer did not plug into the bathroom outlet! Wrong type, Lol!
The shower water flow was slow and insufficient, yet the water pressure in the public area resroom was so fast and strong that would soak you standing two feet away!
I asked for SCUB Diving and they signed me for SNUBA!
