Small, cosy cottage "Hubner", 980 m a.s.l., surrounded by trees and meadows. 2.5 km from the centre of Gröbming, on the outskirts, 7 km from the centre of Stein an der Enns, 23 km from the centre of Schladming, on a slope, in the residential district, 100 m from the edge of the forest, 6 km from the lake, 12 km from the skiing area, in the countryside. Private: garden 500 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden. Terrace, garden furniture. 1 km long bumpy motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.5 km, shopping centre 2.5 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop "REHA Zentrum Gröbming" 2 km, railway station "Stein an der Enns" 6.5 km, bathing lake "Aich" 6 km. Toller Aufenthalt in den Bergen
Ein tolles Haus am Berg oberhalb von Gröming. Die Auffahrt war eine Herausforderung. Es war aber immer wenig Verkehr auf der Straße. Das Haus liegt toll und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist herrlich. Viele Ausflugsziele vor der Tür. Auch Urlaub mit Hund war hier kein Problem.
