We had an amazing time at this property! What a Location!!! What great views to the mountains and we could not ask for more, we were in awe throughout the full trip! Staff was lovely from check in to Check out, Ricardo specially was very helpful to help us with itinerary and lastly breakfast was decent too.

We loved our stay here! The price was reasonable, the restaurant was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's also right behind the train station, so accessible to everything. All the walking/biking trails cut right past the hotel, so it couldn't be better for a 1-5 day stay (longer than that I'd recommend a chalet/vacation home so you can cook your own food).

Clean Hotel, can't get any closer to the train station than this hotel, literally, right outside the front door. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was above & beyond what was expected. Would definitely return and recommend.

We had a wonderful experience during our stay. We arrived at our hotel hours before our check in and we are surprise that the staff let us checked in early and upgraded our room which have the best view, spacious and comfotable. The breakfast was really amazing as well. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Overall very satisfied, excellent & amazing view and location perfect. The staff are so helpful that you will not wait a long time if you need help specially the Supervisor or assistant manager (sorry I forgot the names) who assisted us on the safe deposit box, also Vanessa who showed us how their door work as airconditioner, Harrizon the front desk who checked us in and also the front desk who check us out. Breakfast is very good. Also, there are lots of food choices on their menu in the restaurant and all very satisfying. I tried their fondue, steak, etc but the most recommended one that I really like is their cold beet soup with ice cream - yummy.

Derby was a somewhat reasonably priced option in Grindelwald, so my expectations were limited. I have to say I was very pleased with my small but functional room, which had fantastic views. Good breakfast with properly cooked bacon and eggs. Excellent location, overlooking the train station. Updated windows and patio doors neutralized the noise from the station. Very pleased overall.

Amazing views! You can't beat the convenience if you're travelling by train - it's right across the platform - and the trains are so quiet we slept with our windows open and still didn't hear them. The breakfast had everything you could desire and the staff were super friendly and knowledgeable.

The hotel is so close to the station that you'd think the noise will interrupt you. The building is fairly quiet and the staff there is amazing. There is ample seating in the restaurant and you are well taken care off. I'd definitely stay here again.
