The hotel was absolutely amazing! The views on top of the town of Grindelwald from the hotel were spectacular - mountain views galore! Breakfast cafĂŠ had windows overlooking the mountains also, and the food was varied and delicious. Our room was upgraded -larger, with a frig and view. The only downside was the hotel was above town, so the walk down was steep, and the way back seems impossibly steep!

Hotel Kirchbuehl is a fantastic hotel to stay while visiting the Grindelwald and the tourist sites within Jungfraujoch region. The hotel provided a scrumptious breakfast and two excellent restaurants for dining. Will return in winter to fully utilise the ski in and out features of the the Hotel Kirchbuehl’s location.
