No communication and couldn't use-poor property manager

We booked this for a one night stay. We never received confirmation about how to access the property. The number for the property manager in the listing was a disconnected number and they never responded to messages through the app. We were never given access to the property. When contacting VRBO support they also couldn't reach the property manager and started the refund process, which we still haven't recieved. Poor service all around!
