Schöne und für Familys super aufgeteilte FeWo mit zwei separaten Schlafzimmern. Dazwischen eine praktische eingerichtete Küche im Wohn- und Esszimmer, sozusagen 3 in 1. Den Esstisch und die Stühle muss man daher vor und nach dem Essen etwas zur Seite schieben. Zumindest haben wir das so gemacht. Draussen auf der Terrasse hat es einen großen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und Sonnenschirm. Sehr hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Gastgeber!

Toller erst Ausflug nach Greifswald

Es handelt sich hier um eine super schöne, moderne Ferienwohnung und um einen sehr netten Gastgeber. Sowohl Sauberkeit als auch Ausstattung suchen hier ihres gleichen. In der Umgebung Greifwald kann man sehr viel unternehmen und so sind wir auch dank des Gastgebers zu kleinen Ostsee-Fans innerhalb einer Woche geworden. Vielen Dank und gerne in Zukunft wieder 😎

Gut gelegene Ferienwohnung, sehr netter Vermieter, aber...

Wohnung liegt ruhig und nahe von Greifswald, mit Rad und Auto in alle Richtungen viele Ausflüge zu machen. Eigener Eingang und Stellplatz sind vorhanden. Allerdings trübte der nicht sehr gut gereinigte Zustand der Wohnung und sehr viele Mängel den an sich guten Eindruck: Auszug von den vielen Mängeln: 1 Herdplatte vorne rechts kompl. defekt 1 Herdplatte vorne links geht nur noch Taste Minus Spüle kann nicht genutzt werden, da nicht abdichtbar Spüle Schmutzsieb kann nicht zur Reinigung entnommen werden, da verklemmt (nicht möglich?) Wasserkocher Deckel Mechanik defekt Thermoskanne ohne Deckel (sehr witzig) Warmwasser an Spüle oft nur lauwarm SAT Reciever komplett ohne Funktion (am gleichen Tag vom Vermieter ein neuer gekauft, aber erst Mal kaputt) Grill Griff komplett gebrochen 230V Steckdose stark beschädigt (Unfallgefahr; Kommentar vom Vermieter: da ist mal ein Bild von der Wan draufgefallen) Ausfall TV Sender bei mittlerem Regen (nur ein Teil der Sender) Internet WLAN sporadisch komplett ausgefallen (bis zu 1 Stunde) Lampen über Esszimmer Abschirmung defekt usw.. Stoff vom Schirm Terrasse fehlt und einiges mehr Preis-/ Leistung stimmte daher überhaupt nicht. Sollte die Mängel behoben und Zustand der Wohnung verbessert werden, ist diese absolut zu empfehlen.

Sehr schönes und modernes Haus/Wohnung

Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Wohnung ist modern und funktional eingerichtete. Es fehlt grundsätzlich an nichts. Ein Abzugseinrichtung in der Wohnküche wäre von Vorteil. Die sehr netten Vermieter wohnen direkt neben an und unterstützen mit guten Tips für Unternehmung einen gelungen Urlaub. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder :-)

Tolle Unterkunft!

Tolle Unterkunft im Grünen und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Man ist schnell in Greifswald und an den Stränden von Loissin und Lubmin (15 Minuten). Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Spielzeug, was vorhanden ist und die voll ausgestattete Küche mit allen nötigen Kleinutensilien. Einziges Manko war, dass es bei unserer Ankunft (5 Grad Außentemperatur) in der Wohnung kalt war. Die Heizung wurde erst am nächsten Tag etwas wärmer. Trotzdem tolle Unterkunft und sehr zu empfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft für Familien

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt und gerade dem Entgegenkommen und der Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber sehr zufrieden. Insbesondere für einen Aufenthalt mit Kindern ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super freundliche Gastgeber die sehr aufmerksam waren, wunderschönes Haus, Kleinigkeiten Herdplattenbedienfeld reagierte teilweise nicht, keine Dunstabzugshaube, Wasserdampf sammelt sich unter den Schränken, eine Lampe im Esszimmer kaputt, Hochbett für kleine Kind bis 8 Jahre etwas gefährlich, sonst mega geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bequeme Matratzen, schöner Aussenbereich und mit dem Auto ist man in 8 min. am Wasser. Sehr schön um die Seelebaumeln zu lassen. Empfehlenswert

Etwas außerhalb, aber modern und unkompliziert.

Unkompliziert. Moderne Wohnung. Da es etwas außerhalb liegt, muss man mobil sein. Man ist aber schnell in Greifswald oder in Eldena, einem Stadtteil von Greifswald, beim Bäcker oder im Supermarkt. Auch kann man von hier aus gut nach Usedom starten.

Schönes, neues Objekt - direkt am Haus des Eigentümers. Sehr ruhige Lage - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten, Touristenattraktionen nur mit Fahrrad oder Auto erreichbar. Schöne Gegend, die zu Fahrradtouren oder Wanderungen entlang der Boddenküste einlädt. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Schöner Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben für das Ende unserer 10 tägigen Reise noch einmal die Ruhe in dieser schönen, neuen Unterkunft genossen. Die Nähe zu Greifswald und Stralsund macht auch regnerische Tage zu einem tollen Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber wohnen nebenan. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit, haben schnell geantwortet und ausgeholfen. Unsere Großer hat sehr gerne mit dem bereitgestellten Spielzeug gespielt.
