The check in process was rough, terrible! It would help to have someone on site for questions. Couldn’t get in the building because my room number was incorrect in the written check in instructions. Please be a lot clearer in the check in process. It was very confusing! It would help if you send the email at least one day before instead of one hour before to accommodate those driving out of state and also those type A personalities planners!. Also, to allow travelers to purchase the parking decal. Otherwise, I love that the hotel as it was close to everything. The area was soooo beautiful! The shower was lukewarm. I love my shower super hot to make it enjoyable.

There was no staff on site. The room was not completely clean. There was dust and dirt in areas. The jack and Jill bathroom tub drain would not drain. The kitchen water faucet had no water pressure because the aerator was put in backwards.

No complaints! Loved how spacious the apartment was. Felt like we could actually live there. Quiet too. Enjoyed a free orange theory class and many walks to the close downtown park and restaurants.

We have stayed here before and it was great but I was a little disappointed this time. We had issues getting into our room. Once in our room, the TV had issues and one of the showers did not drain very well. Overall, it was not that big of a deal, but I expected better based off my prior experience.

The location is amazing. One block off Main Street which opens up tons of options for coffee shops, dining, shopping, recreation and sight-seeing. The parking is stressful as it is also a public lot and there is not a guarantee of a spot even if you have a pre-paid parking pass. The access code I received to get into my unit did not work which was resolved, but a huge inconvenience and created unnecessary stress.

This was a very nice place to stay for a decent price. It was just one block from main street and very walkable. The Mint House customer service reps are very prompt in answering questions. We hope to be able to return in the near future.

Loved the property and the area it’s in, walkable to everything downtown. Kitchen has bare minimum 4 plates, 4 spoons, etc. didn’t realize we had to pay for parking in the parking lot, got a $70 ticket for a 4 day stay. Other than that the place was great!

The space itself was nice. However we were given the wrong door code in our check in email. Since there is no on-site staff, we had to sit with all of our luggage and wait to talk to customer support who then had to update our door code. Also, a quick note if you’re looking to extend your stay, do it before checking in. They wanted us to pay triple the price for one extra night and they have a two night booking minimum so you won’t be able to extend via hotels.com. Also you will need to pay for parking. It wasn’t a terrible price but good to know. Pros: Spacious Decently clean Good location Cool amenities (orangetheory partnership) Cons: No on-site support Check-in/check-out process Inconsistent pricing

The communication for the check in process was abysmal. All check in info was digital (no on site personnel). We were given 3 different time periods that we would receive the check in info/codes finally received the info an hr before check in time. Outside door code worked, room code didn’t work so had to call the customer service #. The person I spoke to was dismissive and would ask me a question then not let me talk. We prepaid for parking and parking pass was not in the room like promised. Has to call about the pass, waited almost 2 hrs for someone to arrive with it (never showed up) then had to text customer support about it to be told there was a box downstairs we could get a pass from. Where to park was not clear either. Location and price were great but the check in process needs work.
