No Coffee as advertised

The biggest problem I have here is that I was promised coffee 24 hours a day 7 days a week and I have not had a single cup from here I've had to go and buy coffee from Starbucks or waffle House or circle k I probably spent an extra $200 on coffee because these people didn't live up to that claim.. it's been 5 weeks and they still haven't fixed that coffee maker.... It makes me feel some type of way about paying as much money as I pay for this place and not getting any coffee.....

The room was clean, except for a slightly dirty floor. The "Master" switch that controlled an overhead light also controlled the outlets, so they were useless.

Came in to a nice clean lobby! Associate there was so nice and friendly! Room was nice, clean and plenty of room! Only bad thing is the chairs were too short for the desk area! The guy cleaning during the day was very pleasant and did amazing keeping the place clean! Didn’t realize it was an extended stay so I didn’t bring blow dryer! Didn’t realize breakfast wasn’t served but it’s okay there was a breakfast place next door! Checking out was easy and associate was so pleasant and friendly! Keep up the great job because we will be back!

A Few Weeks at Woodspring Suite

There isn't much to complain about here,, except for maybe the coffee makers have been broke and I really like coffee... The place is clean it's quiet unless you get a kid above you who runs all night long.. The people are friendly the staff is great when you're asking for help or anything and so all in all it's been a really good stay except for you know the coffee...lol
