A diamond in the rough! Host is responsive and pleasant to deal with. Parking is convenient and the kitchen is superb. Beds are perfect for any Goldilocks— not too soft not too hard, just right. The whole layout is set up to be tidy and easy to keep clean. Minor suggestions are to add hooks to hang towels to reuse, a night light to the upper bathroom, ear plugs (just in case), and include an extra roll of paper towels. Also, the front load washer gasket needs to be cleaned: the door should be left open between loads to dry out. We’ve been to Greenville four times, this hidden gem was a great place to stay!

Host was awesome. Really communicated well and the whole process was smooth. Very clean! Coffee, snacks and a great bottle of wine was there for us. Bathroom supplies were available if we forgot anything. Directions for checking in were concise and clear. Highly recommend!!!!

It was a beautiful townhome on the inside, nicely remodeled! Host was great, left a welcome gift and great communication. The outside area of some of the townhomes around it was a little rough looking but I have to say it was actually very quiet and peaceful so no issues. We would stay again!

Owners were very easy to work with and very responsive. We appreciated the snacks and coffee bar! Only issue was the parking lot noise, including the garbage truck at 2:30am. But it was perfect location for our trip to the Women’s SEC basketball tournament. Thanks!

Condo is exactly as pictured and described. Very clean and well decorated. We enjoyed the well-stocked coffee station, extra snacks and welcome gift. Host was very responsive and was quick to respond when the batteries for the automatic door lock ran low. Overall we had a great experience and the location was very close to the aquatic center.

The home is very pretty, the beds were super comfortable and the hosts are amazing! They had snacks, coffee and water available. They even surprised us with a gift as they knew we were coming into town for a birthday celebration. The hosts were super responsive and very welcoming.

The host was very responsive and provided a welcome gift. The house was clean and looked exactly as indicated in the pictures. He provided amenities such as toothbrushes, body soap, shampoo, everything you would need in the kitchen. Great spot to crash for an overnight stay.

Host was very welcoming and responsive to all messages. There was a basket with waters and snacks as well as a welcoming note. The townhouse definitely sleeps 5 comfortably. There was even spare toothbrushes with mini toothpaste if you forgot yours as well as hair styling tools. The area is a little sketchy like others have said but the it wasn’t too bad. Would definitely stay again!

The host is phenomenal. He communicates extremely well. He even left a welcoming gift. The neighborhood curb appeal isn’t great, but the townhome is very nice and the beds are comfy!!! We would definitely recommend!

My friend and I needed a place for a mother/daughter overnight to see the trans-Siberian orchestra and we’re all so glad we found this spot! It’s conveniently located close to everything (by car - which was fine for us) and was cozy without feeling crowded. It was clean, nicely stocked and the mattresses were wonderful! Our host was so kind and accommodating - when I asked if we could drop our luggage off early before our lunch reservations she was so kind and was able to give us an early checkin and also offered a late checkout. I would absolutely stay again if I’m ever in the area!

It was a great stay, close to Falls Park and other area attractions. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed great rest. Home is exactly as listed and I would stay again. My only recommendation is to stock with paper towels. Great stay and I highly recommend.

Short overnight stay. Check-in was easy. The inside was very nice. Parking spots were clearly marked. Shower had good water pressure. The neighborhood itself was just a touch on the sketchy side (no incidents, and it was quiet at night). There is a security camera over the two parking spaces to grant peace of mind. Easy/quick drive to downtown. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

People looking at this should book it. Host is very responsive and has done just a fantastic job setting it up. VERY comfortable and everything I could think to need was available there. The outside of neighbors in complex look a little run down but this place was just top notch!!! The city of Greenville was amazing and honestly I cannot wait to return. Hopefully this unit is available then. Thank you for the stay
