Great weekend get away

The condo is clean and perfectly located in downtown Greenville. The check in instructions were confusing. We arrive when a fire alarm was sounding. It took several calls and messages before we received a call back. The condo does sit on a noisy street but it was not an issue. We did hear about of noise on the bedroom side. A trash compactor sits outside the building and it is quite noisy. I would recommend you offer 2 key fabs. It’s very challenging when you have 2 couples sharing 1 fab. Someone always had to be there to let the other inside.

Girls Trip

Great location and condo was perfect place for our trip. It was cozy and clean. Beds were very comfortable and we would stay here again if ever in Greenville area. We parked our car when we arrived and walked the rest of the weekend. Balcony was perfect hangout for us at night.

Perfect location

Very spacious and comfortable property with a perfectly convenient location. We parked in the parking deck next door and walked everywhere. Property manager is very nice and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Very noisy on a Friday night- lots of street racing late at night.Location was perfect - everything was provided and as expected!Would love to have had specific directions for how to operate the bedroom televisions. Never got them to operate for us.

Great Place. Great location!

Highly recommend. We did not need to move our vehicle all weekend. So convenient. Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Said we paid a cleaning fee and we didn’t have to worry about anything accept getting the fob back where it belongs. Wow! Very nice!! Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable place and convenient location

This condo is located conveniently in downtown Greenville. Once we parked at the 7/day parking garage around the corner, we didn't get in our our car until we left 3 days later. We didn't cook at the condo (besides coffee/tea), but there were plenty of plates and utensils. The sound machines in each bedroom definitely worked - we didn't hear any noise when they were on (and hardly any when they weren't on). Our only complaint is that we only had one fob to get into the building, so we had to coordinate trips in/out of the place, which was inconvenient. The previous renters had taken a fob with them, but management should have spares readily available.

Five stars for me. The only reason i rated the check in at 4 stars it was because the lock boxes took me and my son a few minutes to figure out. But, we did.

Perfect Location!

In Greenville for my niece’s bridal shower with my husband and two adult daughters. Space was spacious and clean, very comfortable and within easy walking to the Falls area and Publix and a hundred restaurants, shops and galleries. Love Greenville! The apartment was up a couple flights of stairs but it was no problem— and my husband and I are in our early 60’s! We got in late but the property had stocked snacks and Keurig pods as well as paper products -and starter packs of dish and laundry soap. Parking was very easy- we parked in the ramp right next door for $7 a day. At the Embassy Suites where we have stayed in the past, it’s $25/day! Frankly you probably wouldn't need a car if you are just visiting downtown.The property managers were very responsive to us— we asked for a couple more towels and they were delivered within the hour. They were always reaching out to make sure our stay was great and that we had everything we needed. We would stay there again. Highly recommended!
