I booked my room here 6 months in advance. And they canceled my room a hour before time to check in. I was in town already and told the lady that but she didn't care. I was here for the George strait concert and everything was sold out. I did get lucky and find a room for 3 times the price at another hotel. But I think thats why the canceled my room I think someone paid the more money then what I booked it for. But again I booked it 6 months in advance so it should have been my room. Plus we were stranded with no where to stay at first and they didn't care. So no I will never book at this hotel ever again!!

There was absolutely no toilet tissue in our room when we arrived, which was a frustrating inconvenience in itself. But the unprofessional part was having to make two different trips back to the hotel before we were able to receive our deposit, due to staff claiming they didn't have access to the office where it was supposedly locked away.
