This hotel is beautiful and convenient, but I was unhappy with breakfast. I bought a rate that included breakfast. There were no other details. On our first morning we discovered that the "free" breakfast doesn't include everything, only some hot items. My daughter wanted a waffle which amazingly is not included. I agreed to pay for it but did not find out til we got our bill it was $10! There is not any signage near the breakfast area that indicates you're supposed to sit and be served so that we could understand the process. The area appears like any regular serve yourself included breakfast at a similar style hotel. It was very confusing to figure out that it's not. And It was very frustrating to pay $10 for a waffle when I had already paid for breakfast in my rate with no explanation of limits.

Didn’t like the charge for parking. We parked the car ourselves and the lot wasn’t even secured so what exactly were we paying for? Also, we did not know that there was a charge for parking until we checked out.
Staff was polite and professional. Will definitely come back next time I visit Greenville

4 days 3 nights nobody cleans my room, the representative in the front desk doesn't show any interest to solve a situation about my breakfast
Great location to Greenville stores and interstate. Safe area and quite. Breakfast wasn’t included so didn’t eat it. More pricey than I expected $12. Woman working in that area was phenomenal. So courteous and nice. One queen bed sounded like a gigantic spring was lose and every time my son moved it screeched 😞
