We thought the hotel had been recently renovated it was so well maintained. Siobhan at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. And all the staff was very nice and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the room immaculate. The location was very convenient. There was a little Happy Hour the one night we stayed. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would stay again.

The first day, we had no hot water. It was a major inconvenience since I could not shower before work and cold water shave was very painful. But they made good on their promise credit that night back. I do think they could’ve been more timely and getting the boiler repaired since it went down in the late evening of the day that I checked in and the service man didn’t come until mid morning the next day.

The heat in the room was not working, we stood without heat throughout our stay and the phone in the room was also non-functional. We contacted the front desk, and someone was sent to check the heat; however, the issue was not resolved. The maintance person mentioned they would follow up with us, but we have not received any further updates.

Our room was amazing and very spacious. Super clean and cozy. We had one issue of a TV not working, but staff was on it within minutes and fixed a remote and all worked well. Every single staff member we came in contact with were so kind, courteous, and professional.. we will stay here again over and over.
